Yup, it's the lady herself. I'd probably look like that too if I were a bumbling incompetent who was in way over my head and had lost track of all the lies I'd told to cover my ass and on top of all that the moronic frat boy troll whose ass I was also lying for had just told me that I was going to be given responsibility for sorting out the Iraq mess. Condi's having more than a bad hair day, methinks.
